30-Minute Yoga Flow Breakdown:
🌱 Minute 0–5: Grounding & Breathwork
Seated breathwork (Box Breathing) Intention setting: “I root into the earth and rise with grace.”
☀️ Minute 5–15: Warm Up & Sun Salutations
Cat-Cow, Downward Dog, Thread the Needle -3 rounds of Sun Salutation
A🌸 Minute 15–25: Standing Flow... Warrior II, Triangle, Tree Pose
Optional: Dancing Warrior Flow
🌻 Minute 25–30: Cool Down
Seated forward fold, Supine twist
Final Savasana: Lying under the open sky or shade🌿
