Hi, I’m Erica! I’m a Garden Consultant and Health Coach passionate about helping people cultivate wellness from the ground up—literally and figuratively. I combine gardening, nutrition, and cycle-synced fitness to create personalized strategies that nurture your body, mind, and lifestyle.

I help clients design and grow thriving gardens—whether it’s a raised bed, balcony, indoor setup, or homestead. My services include:

  • On-site or virtual garden consulting

  • Seasonal planting plans and maintenance schedules

  • Pest management and ecosystem health

  • Guidance for harvesting nutrient-rich produce

My Certifications: 

I am an ISSA certified Fitness Coach, Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Indoor Cycle Instructor, and Yoga Instructor.

 

I currently hold an IBJJF Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Professor Tim Pearson and Professor Christos Konnaris, under Professor Rafael Ellwanger Under Master Ailson Henrique Brites (Ailson Jucão Brites).
